PMN offers four different channels to promote pharmaceutical conferences to our targeted professional audiences of site visitors, newsletter subscribers, and @pharmaguy Twitter/Facebook followers:
A, B, and C are "calendars" in which you can "list" your conference (see Listing Options below).
The Pharmaceutical Marketing Conference Calendar ("A") is a highly visible page on search engines such as Google (number one for searches on "Pharmaceutical Marketing Meetings"). Listing your conference on this page as well as in Forums Event Calendar ("C") will give your event greater search engine visibility and lead to increased registrations.
Every 2 weeks, the Conference Calendar Update ("B") is sent to all Pharma Marketing News subscribers via e-mail. The Conference Calendar Update usually -- but not always -- includes the same list of in the Pharmaceutical Marketing Conference Calendar page. It may also include ads such as banner and box ads.
An Event Forum is an area where you can post unlimited news about your conference manually or via RSS feed.

Enhanced (ENH) Calendar Listing
Same as STD listing PLUS conference logo, larger font (12pt) for conference name, and an added tag line. Enhancement also includes -- at no additional charge -- a similarly enhanced listing in the Forum Event Calendar. The Forum Event Calendar listing also includes a page of information similar to the home page of the conference (see below).

Featured Calendar Listing/"MiniSite"
If you want to get even more exposure for your conference, especially within a specific timeframe (i.e., during the "Early Bird" registration phase), you might consider a Featured Conference Listing, which puts your conference at the TOP of the Conference Calendar page of the Conference Calendar Update e-mail in a specail highlighted box. In addition to the elements of an
Enhanced Listing, the Featured Listing includes a much larger banner (528 x 91 pixels) plus a short paragraph that can include more details about the conference, including special offers, etc. In essence, a Featured Listing is a "mini" website prominently located within the Calendar. Multimedia Conference Calendar Listing
You may be producing videos of presentations made at your conferences and using them to promote the next scheduled event. Perhaps you produced a short promotional video that highlights the important benefits of your upcoming conference. Or you may have produced an audio interview of a speaker about his or her planned presentation. Or you may have a Twitter account or Blog where you periodically post content and news that relates to your conference. If so, you are among a growing number of conference organizers who are leveraging multimedia and social media to promote their conferences. Pharma Marketing Network can help you do that via a Multimedia Conference Calendar Listing.
Same as an ENH listing PLUS an embedded video or audio player or blog/Twitter RSS feed widget. Embed your YouTube overview or Pharma Marketing Talk audio interview of a speaker or speakers or a widget that displays an RSS feed dedicated to your conference. NOTE: Video and audio assets are not included in the price quoted. See "Add Social MultiMedia -- Audio, Video, RSS Feed -- to Your Conference Listing". A Multimedia Listing is really a "minisite" that also can be "Featured" at the top of the page for an additional charge.

Event Forum Sponsor
Another option that can be very effective in helping you keep the Pharma Marketing Network community informed about your conference is a Forum Sponsorship (see here for more information about sponsoring forums in general). This option is suitable for branded conferences that takes place every year. We can create a forum dedicated to such a conference and you can post as many messages such as press releases, special offers, etc. as you like to the forum. The more you post, the greater the search engine visibility! If, as is the case with the conference shown below, there is a blog or Twitter account/hashtag dedicated to the conference, items from the RSS feeds associated with those sources can be automatically be posted to the forum on a periodic basis (e.g., every 12 hours).
The following is the opening screen of the ePharma Summit Sponsored Event Forum on the Pharma Marketing Network site (see here). It shows posts made to the forum in reverse chronological order; i.e., latest post on top. Each post is an item in the RSS feed from the ePharma Summit Blog.
